Untitled (960 × 640 px) (1)-May-08-2023-01-38-40-8161-PMWe are amidst a global mental health crisis with an ever increasing number of adults reporting symptoms of mental illness. And although we have come a long way, stigma still acts as a barrier to proper care and can lead to worsening symptoms.

As leaders and changemakers, we must continue to educate and advocate for mental health awareness by sharing helpful resources and campaigning for universal access to quality care and treatment.

We encourage you to be the voice for those around you that may be struggling with their mental health. Please share these video resources in an effort to raise awareness and fight back against discrimination.
